Statement of the Georgian Foreign Ministry in reaction to the explosion that hit the Chinese city of Tianjin

The Georgian Foreign Ministry expresses its deep sorrow over the explosion that hit the port city of Tianjin in the People’s Republic of China on 12 August 2015 leaving up to 50 dead and hundreds of people injured.

The Georgian Foreign Ministry conveys its condolences to the Government of the People’s Republic of China, to the families of the explosion victims, as well as to the Chinese people and expresses its sincere sympathies in this time of grief.
