On 3 August 2012, the Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister, Mr. Davit Jalaghania received the delegation of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China led by the General Director of the Bureau of East European and Central Asian Affairs of the International Department of Central Committee of CPC, Mr. Tian Yongxiang.

On August 3, 2012 the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of the Republic of Korea has been signed at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of the Republic of Korea.
