The 14th and last plenary session of negotiations over the EU-Georgia Association Agreement was held in Brussels on the 21st and 22nd of March 2013. Both sides reached an agreement over the political part of the EU-Georgia Association Agreement during this session, which would allow them to initial the Association Agreement during the Eastern Partnership Summit due to take place in Vilnius in November 2013.

A high-level meeting was held on the 20th of March 2013 in Brussels as part of the visa liberalization dialogue between Georgia and the EU.
