Maka Botchorishvili Holds Introductory Meeting with Ambassador-designate of the Kingdom of Sweden to Georgia David Emtestam

On 14 September 2026, the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Maka Botchorishvili held an introductory meeting with the newly appointed Ambassador of the Kingdom of Sweden to Georgia, David Emtestam.  

The parties focused on bilateral relations between Georgia and Sweden, as well as cooperation in multilateral formats. The discussion also covered relations with the European Union.

The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Georgia wished the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Sweden success in his future endeavours.
