Lasha Darsalia Meets with Head of the NATO Liaison Office in Georgia

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia,  Lasha Darsalia held a meeting with Alexander Vinnikov, Head of the NATO Liaison Office in Georgia.

The sides discussed current issues on the NATO-Georgia agenda.

The Georgian side underscored the importance of political dialogue and practical cooperation with the Alliance. In this context, particular attention was paid to the need to make full and effective use of the existing integration mechanisms.

The discussion also focused on the regional security environment and the challenges facing the country.

Alexander Vinnikov once again reaffirmed NATO’s unwavering support for Georgia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
