Ilia Darchiashvili has met with representatives of the Georgian diaspora in Ireland

Within the framework of his visit to Ireland, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia met with representatives of the Georgian diaspora. The meeting was held at the Embassy of Georgia in Ireland.

The participants emphasized the important role of the Georgian diaspora in the promotion of Georgia and Georgian culture in Ireland, and reviewed in detail the government's efforts to support Georgian citizens living abroad, including by carrying out various programmes and projects.

The minister called upon the diaspora representatives to actively participate in the activities planned by the state and to use their own opportunities to strengthen and build up the country's image. The representatives of Diapora thanked the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia and the Embassy of Georgia in Ireland for their support.
