On 10 June 2024, in Tbilisi, Aleksandre Khvtisiashvili, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, held a farewell meeting with Bilal Haye, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Georgia (resident in Baku), to mark the end of his diplomatic mission.
During the meeting, they discussed current issues in Georgia-Pakistan relations and explored possibilities for future cooperation. Both parties expressed satisfaction with the fruitful development of relations over the past 30 years, particularly in trade, economic sectors, education, and tourism.
Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to further developing mutually beneficial relations in the interests of both countries.
Aleksandre Khvtisiashvili thanked Bilal Haye for his work as ambassador and wished him success in his future diplomatic endeavors.
